Story Behind The Song

I saw a lady pull over to the side of the road and walk over to the entrance to a subdivision. When she got there, it looked as though a bicyclist had gone through the beautiful flower bed at the entrance and ripped the flowers out of the ground. As the cyclist moved on, the flowers were drug across the pavement. This lady begins picking up all the flowers and carefully and lovingly replanting every one of them. It was scorching hot, but that was of no concern to her. I watched her and thought, "And people say the world has gone to pot!" I came home that day and wrote this song.

Song Description

If you look around it's easy to see the 'bad' things that are going on around us and make the world seem like a terrible place to live today. But if we take a closer look we can find all the good things that make us love life and love being here on this glorious planet. It's those things that make us want to laugh and sing and belive that in spite of it all, there is love.
