I was living a life for years trying to find myself. I looked to my past and I lived for tomorrow, where I hoped to find the answers. I one day awakened to the reality that all answers are found right here and right now in today. When I found this out I felt so free and without burden. I wanted to share that epiphany and hope that maybe I could help someone else who might be going through the same thing.
Song Description
This is about a woman who has searched her past and gazed into her future trying to find the meaning in her life. But, she finally realizes that it is today where she lives and breathes and it is there that she will find her answers. So, she wants a breeze to awaken her heart and a wind to set her spirit free as well as a rain to wash all the past heartache down the drain. Then, she knows she will find her peace of mind; when she is alive and awake in the moment of today.
