Story Behind The Song
I've always liked cute, cruisy music from the 70's so I went for a simple harmony based pop song that would emulate the feel. I was thinking of all those classic songs they put in commercials for tampons or milkshakes these days. Songs like "Yellow Polka Dot Bikini," and "Wouldn't it Be Nice."
Influnces include The Beach Boys, the Eagles and this trippy soundtrack music to an online game (it was called "Loop") my sister was playing.

Lyrics
I come around the corner and I feel the temperature rise
And at that moment I saw her you know I couldn?t blink my eyes and why
Cos she was jaw droppin? heart stoppin? as she was rockin? to the rhythm of her favourite tune
And soon when it would get a little colder she would have someone come hold her out under the moon
In the late afternoon
Now I don?t know what I did right but soon we were dancin? together
With our souls in the sound and the love all around and the sun goin down in the background
And it was jaw droppin? heart stoppin? as we were rockin? to the rhythm of our favourite tune
And soon when she was rubbin? up her shoulders I leaned and told her I would hold her out under the moon
In the late afternoon
Time has past since I saw her last since she said her subtle goodbyes
And although now she is just a memory I get to see her when I close my eyes at night
And she?s still jaw droppin? heart stoppin? as she be rockin? to the rhythm of my favourite tune
And soon as will get a little older I remember what I told her out under the moon
In the late afternoon
