Story Behind The Song

I have loved this song since I initially heard it at age 18, walking through Georgetown in Washington DC an early Summer Evening in 1983. It has stayed with me for years. Upon becoming a wedding officiant, I have long desired to do a cover. This is my attempt, I hope you like it.
