Story Behind The Song
I wrote this in one night after doing my income tax. :-) I finished it and drank a beer and started writing.
Song Description
Kind of a honky tonk beat, fast, not slow song. Uses an analagy of wanting to the be the only car in her garage for being her man. A few off subtle sexual references in the chorus. But the bridge has actually very warm reference to life being sacred journey. There is a little jab at taxes and how they are provided to other people who are benefiting from my labor.

Lyrics
ONLY CAR IN YOUR GARAGE
Drank a beer, grabbed a pen, and wrote a song
About a beer that I like that's just now gone
New memories can still be sweet
Maybe its time we ought to meet
CHORUS:
I want to be the
Only car in your garage
I want to be the
Only oasis in your mirage
I want to be the
Only meat in your spoon
I want to be the
Only man in your moon
---
I'm just a little spirit being making my way home
If you understand my journey baby
Call me on the phone
Wrote this verse, tacked it on to my song
Creativity don't last too long
Life's a sacred journey don't you see
Come on baby travel it with me
REPEAT CHORUS
