What I do and have been doing
I first started out playing guitar about 5 years ago. Never had a really good teacher so i basically taught myself. I have Bruce Vosberg, the lead guitarist in Tim Mahoney's band as my guitar teacher/producer. I just recently started playing piano and have fallen in love with this instrument. It helps me with my songwriting and it adds a whole new dimension to my music. With the piano I have found the style of music I have been trying to find all this time.
I have the Mbox 2 Factory, Pro Tools LE, two 140 bi-amped studio monitors, an sm57 microphone, a ksm condenser mic, Mexican Fender Strat, a Taylor Acoustic guitar, and a POD for guitar tones, all for my recording.
I am currently getting two degrees at Augsburg college. A BA in Business Administration with a specialization in Music Business and a BA in Management Information Systems. Music Business comes first though because music is my biggest passion.
I have just recently been working really hard on lyrics for my newest songs and I have them done for one of them. It should be uploaded soon. It will be called "Love Affair." First vocal song for me so please give me some feedback. It would be much appreciated.
