Ken Begley & Larry Watkins Productions

Ken Begley and Larry Watkins were two songwriters/composers from the Northeast Tennessee region. They were known as "MusicMakers" They wrote and composed music of most all genres.

They started out back in the early 70's and were playing in a rock band called "Friends". Ken played lead guitar while Larry played rhythm guitar and was the lead singer. They wrote and composed their own music back then and cut their first 45 rpm record.

Later...much later in the year 2001 they got together and found out that the old love for music was still there. Larry had gotten attached to a Yamaha keyboard with which he does his great magic. Ken had been doing some writing and trying to sing just well enough to get his message of a song across. They decided to combine their talents together again and so was born two songwriter's and composer's called "MusicMakers".

I am so sorry to say now but Larry has passed away and I and the musical community have lost a great friend, songwriter and composer. I, Ken, am now trying to keep our music alive. The name is now, "Ken Begley & Larry Watkins Productions". I hope everyone gets as much enjoyment out of our music as we did writing and producing it.
