Hello, just listening to some of your tracks, and they are very impressive. I am new to Broadjam and live in Sydney. i spent many years playing in musical situations like bands, busking, piano bars and writing for some music publishers. I also consider myself to write songs for other people to do, although its few and far between. I have had some songs covered over the years but no big ones. My main instrument is piano / keyboard and these days I work from my little home studio using software, vst's etc . I would be happy to connect and to hear you opinions...

I have been on there for about 5 months and have yet to find any success stories? I must admit I am only on there every now & then. What about you? have' you managed to place any songs? What do you think abut Broadjam? I often talk to a guy who can t play or sing, but who has songs done with AI ? In the past I was a writer for a couple of music publishers and had a few songs done, nothing big. A few near misses... I am not a guitarist. The song you listened to "Rocking With My Baby" is not my usual style. It's a home demo done a few years ago with a guitarist friend (who tragically died too young), because I wanted a slide guitar. Actually i don't have a style. I have done a wide range of styles and am open to inspiration. A current one has a 60's motown feel... Doing songs at home home, guitar is always my "stumbling point" I sometimes use samples for strums but generally they are much better when played by a human. Hi Krisha, I have only been on it for about a week. I have had 18 plays, thats all. I am not looking for a Distribution site like CD Baby, because it is no use if you are not getting any exposure/airplay. My songs are DEMOS, pitching THE SONG, not the recording. I am looking for song placement opportunities - people who are looking for particular types of songs - even at DEMO level, because they want to use / record it. I am not sure the "opportunies" they list are authentic? they are written to inspire people to send their song and pay $20 (AUD$ 36). I guess its worth a try but ?..we'll see.. I have asked around and no one I know has even heard of it? Happy to Keep in Touch, Cheers, Russell
