Elan incarnated into its present form through many a metamorphis. First flailing along through the dank streets of 'Motor City' (Detroit) madness. Several bands later, and none the less worn from the experience, into the sunny San Diego alternative culture of the early 90's. In search of a refuge from the smog and infringing represion of her sister to the north (LA), we set out to find a mountain retreat in which to reclaim our 'musical child'. Santa Fe opened her arms to Elan extolling her 'Holy Faith' and artistic embellishments upon us. Here now is born the magic.
