Refusing to be classified, Jeffry writes in the genre that works best to communicate the message of his songs. A talented multi-instrumentalist, Jeffry uses a variety of sounds and phrases to paint pictures that evoke emotions. Musical influences? He's got tons, but he's more inspired by the kid in the wheelchair that wants to be included in the pickup game at the basketball court. Jeffry's real and so is his music.
Jeffry wrote and produced The Rochester Project's "Yours" CD, released in 2000. The CD compilation of original music exceeded sales goals with all proceeds were donated to Rochester area Habitat for Humanity®. Jeffry's music can also be found on "The Sounds of Rochester" CD, as well as a theme song for Autocar Truck Corporation®.
Jeffry is a well-seasoned songwriter who pens positive music for listeners wanting more than predictable story lines and three chords. Jeffry will grab your attention and won't let go.

Jeffry's Bio
Born in 1962, Jeffry grew up listening to his older brother's music and was influenced by Eric Clapton's smooth style as well as the aggressive tones of Jimi Hendrix. He began playing his brother's nylon guitar at age 9 and never looked back. Soon, jazz and folk influences began to take hold, providing Jeffry with an ever expanding palet of musical references from which to draw from. Jeffry began writing music at age 12 and has been writing ever since. He became proficient on the guitar, bass, mandolin, dobro, and harmonica, as well as keys along the way. He lives in Rochester, MN along with his wife, three kids and two dogs - all of whom are dear to him. He's also an enormous Minnesota Twins fan and loves all things about the coldest state in the Union.
