Vyqxin Short but Longer Bio
Denny Tate, better known by his stage name Vyqxin, is an American recording artist. Born and raised in Phoenix Arizona. After moving to Illinois he began working on music inspired by such acts as Madonna, Cyndi Lauper, Prince, Depeche Mode, Siouxsie, Kraftwerk, and various artists of pop, electro-pop, free-style, soul and alternative artists. At age 19, he began performing in the alternative rock music scene in Peoria Illinois. During this time, he was playing live shows in the minimalist New wave group "Under the Wish".
In 1994, Under the Wish received a nomination from MTV's Beach House Band Search. This was at a time when grunge and rap-core were dominating the local circuits. The crowds grew and fans were blown away by the majestic stage power that he brought to the band. People wanted something new and Under the Wish brought that to them. Since that time "Vyqxin" has taken over the internet by storm with masked characters and other pseudonyms, Collecting major wins and nominations from online indie charts for unsigned talents. Vyqxin had the pleasure of winning a major nomination in Song of The Year Which Supports VH1's Save the Music Federation in 2006. Vyqxin has also inspired some major artists, and icons within the music industry. In 2007, Vyqxin was offered a recording contract that he delicately declined. He stated that "the people that you work with need to be the people you trust". "These are the people that will help you show the world who you are".
