Ty has been featured on major festival stages and in larger capacity clubs, where exuberant response is not limited to just the audience. Ty Curtis Band competed in the IBC in Memphis in 09 and took 2nd place. World renowned artists have come away extremely impressed, and Ty has shared the stage with many of them. George Thorogood & The Destroyers, The Doobie Brothers, Eric Gales, Robin Trower, Lukas Nelson, Chris Cain, Roy Rogers, Walter Trout, Curtis Salgado & The Little River Band and many more. He has repeatedly packed and sold-out venues throughout the Pacific Northwest and beyond and delivers a knock out, high energy packed show every time. As the late great Paul Delay put it "Ty plays it like a young man should, straight ahead and from the heart"
