Produced by Ed Toth (Vertical Horizon) Peal self-released their debut CD Beautiful Baby Elephant in the summer of 2006. Since then, they've been criss crossing the midwest playing shows, meeting new fans, and selling hundreds of CDs.
Nearly 200 college radio stations added BBE to their playlists this spring. Paste Magazine featured Beautiful Baby Elephant as a "Paste Recommends" CD in August & Sept '06.
