One of the Bay Area's most in-demand and hardest working rhythm sections, The Park has been laying down the funky soulful groove all over the world for countess artists. At its core the Park is drummer Derek Taylor, keyboardist Ben Schwier and bass player Josh Lippi, but The Park family extends to an all star line up of musicians, MC's, DJ's and Vocalists. The Park is currently backing up Ubiquity Recording Artist Nino Moschella, 70's soul legend Darondo, UK soul singer Alice Russell, The Happy Mayfield group w/ Lee Bob Watson, Sacramento Hip Hop group The Righteous Movement, Sacramento Music Halll of Fame group Bucho, as well as hosts the legendary Wednesday Night Sessions (a live hip hop jam session with the Bay Area's finest MC's and musicians). Currently residing in San Francisco and Oakland, The Park Crew have become the go-to guys for production and session needs in the Bay Area.
