Story Behind The Song
I started the concept of this song summer of 2011 when it appeared that our 3 kids were enjoying more than ever (although we were leaving Texas for my new work in Georgia). I finished the song (June 3 , 2012) after our trip to Panama Beach FL with 40 of our friends and extending for another week in PeachTree GA near Atlanta

Lyrics
These summers in a row, 2011, 2012 ain't bad
Best ever as we grow, the best we ever had
We went to Georgia, to Cali"formula"
Then back to Pflugerville Texas
Summer vacation 2011 was a blast
School was out but the summer was so so hot
You can cook an egg outside like a 100 degree pot
So we fled to At"lantern " where my daddy is now
Perry. Georgia - land of peaches and herds of cows
First stop, southern cooking and sweet tea galore
Then strawberry picking, peach icecream at the store
50 books from Centerville Public library
Then we all played Petshop in FB
Then we visited friends at Peachtree
An hour drive is worth the company
Had to go back for Tiko every night
But we didn't waste time in the morning light
A year had passed. School was out, summer here we go again
White sands of Panama beach lay witness as we all said, "Cheese!"
Ten families soaking up the sun. Deep sea fishes to the frying pan
Three rented houses rolled into one sharing everything, what fun!
Memorial day weekend, what a spree! Even better when extended at Peachtree
One week of peers, sleepover and cheers. Feeding Pita, the turtle, I know it sounded queer
These summers in a row, 2011, 2012 ain't bad
Best ever as we grow, the best we ever had (2x)
