Story Behind The Song
An opportunity arose to work with Kathy Shortt and Ray Brookes again. Couldn't pass that up. So, wrote a slow buner for Kathy to sing and I knew Ray would produce the goods on blues harp.
Song Description
Started out with the drums and the intro riff. Then the chords sort of fell into place. Made the lyrics easy to work on.

Lyrics
Gonna put on my make up
Pour me some blood red wine
Gonna put on my party dress
Have me a helluva time
My Papa sat down and told me
One day I'd have to pay
But I keep on rollin'
......Until my dyin' day
Gonna paint the town red
Gonna go out and dance
Searching for an honest man
Looking for romance
My Papa sat down and told me
One day I'd have to pay
But I keep on rollin'
......Until my dyin' day
(Bridge)
Think I'll hit the road, Jack
Do some foolin' around
Don't think I'll be coming back
To this one horse town
My Papa sat down and told me
Someday I'd have to pay
But I keep on rollin'
......Until my dyin' day
(Outro)
I keep a rollin'.......etc
