Story Behind The Song
This piece started when I wanted to resurrect a rock chord progression I have always enjoyed from the 60's. It then went from a song for youngsters to a song for my children that highlighted that giddy feeling that I had especially when I first met their mother, then I realized that I still felt that way, and I will feel that way a long, long way into the future, including forever. Realizing that many ages, and many people may have these same feelings I then named the piece " Crush ".

Lyrics
My head spins.
If I see you passing by, my head spins.
And- When you stop to look at me my heart grows
So big, so big, I could die.
Yes now, So big, so big, I could die.
Now I think I know,
Why the birds must fly.
As if carried on the wind.
If they do not fly, they must fade away.
You have taught them well.
As if carried by the wind
I am dreaming of one dance.
To hold you close
And fly on your wind, your wind oh!
My head spins.
If I see you passing by, my head spins.
And- When you stop to look at me my heart grows
So big, so big, I could die.
Yes now, So big, so big, I could die.
big, so big, I could die.
Yes now, So big, so big, I could die.
