i like the way the track builds up but feel that updating the sound/instrumentation is something to consider.

I like the way the vocal is used- to help create forward momentum- and think that this is more of a cue for sync than an actual song. I am looking for full songs but this was an interesting composition.

Yes, this definitely fits within the electronica sub genre of electronic music. The track gels well together in terms of song structure (intro, verse, chorus) and the instruments, arrangements and vocals work in harmony. I particularly love the chord progression with the accompaniment and the vocals in the hook - made my hairs on my body stand up!!
