I was trying to come up with a song to submit to Pink. I had an entirely different topic in mind and was having writers block so I turned on the TV. I was appalled by this show on called Catfish, where people would pose as other people on the Internet and make the other person fall in love with someone they created. Made me so mad I turned off the TV and started writing the song. There are 3 writers on the song. I started the song and then sent it to the other 2 to arrange and record.
