Story Behind The Song
The story was born out the need to let go of a 17-year marriage. With the help of my dear friend Pam (who wrote the bridge), I was able to channel what I was feeling into the song. It's funny how a song you write yourself can minister to your own heart. After I finished it I really understood on a deep level that it was okay to let go and move on with my life.
