Story Behind The Song
Over the years, since I met my spouse, I have written and performed a dozen songs about the moment we met and/or the depth of loving him. In a session last summer with a new friend and co-writer, he offered a line about "still looking" that captured my imagination. I wrote this lyric out of that session, and it perfectly describes my thoughts about my love-relationship. If I hadn't met him already, I'd still be waiting for that perfect moment. I'd still be looking for my perfect person to walk my way.
Song Description
This song is about love and how the singer would do everything exactly the same in life, even if there was an upside to starting over, because they wouldn't want to risk not ending up with the love of their life.
