Story Behind The Song

When I was reading my bible, a verse stuck out to me. It was Psalm 78:41 and it reads, "Yea they turned back and tempted God, and limited the Holy One of Israel." As I read this I heard the Lord speak in my spirit, "it is time for my children to take the limits off." This verse was referring to the Israelites in the wilderness doubting God's power even though they had seen His miracles. I immediately thought of how we limit ourselves through doubt, misunderstood doctrine, etc. and the way we limit God in our lack of trust, our limited ability to dream outside of what we believe is possible in our own strength, not accounting for the fact that we have a limitless God. God is wanting us to take every limit and constraint that we have off of ourselves and Him.

Song Description

This song is a motivational song to the body of Christ to step out and fulfil the great commission in faith, freedom, and power. We have not just placed limits on ourselves but on God as well. We need to remove every mental limitation and belief that we have fallen prey to that is preventing us from moving in the authority God has given us and trusting Him at His word.
