Clever rocking tune in traditional rock and roll style, a Little bit of Jerry Lee, a little bit of Bob Segar. Nice harmonies.
I never really learned how to sing! I love that line! When asked what genre, I put rock. I started in the sixties, when rock could be all types, but country is also appropriate. I also want to comment on market potential. In the Sixties it was a sonic joy to your ears to listen to top 40 radio, which might play Beatles into Motown, then Andy Williams into Buck Owens, then go to Cream! Market potential shouldn't mean sounding like the current hit, but sounding completely different!
It kind of reminds me Gimme three steps by Lynnyrd Skynnyrd
