Story Behind The Song
?There?s a Star? - Musicially, this song was influenced by countless hours spent with my grandmother, (Jimmy?s wife), who would play her favorite music from the 30?s and 40?s while I listened and danced around the room with my little sister. The lyric is for a dear friend who has seen me through times good and bad.

Lyrics
there?s a star outside my room
who keeps me company when i can?t sleep
when my dreams are deep
she signals the dawn
that little star I know is you
you?re the lover time will not erase
when my faith runs low
you are the sun
and the romance thickens
as my heartbeat quickens
strains of strings and a clarinet
that little star that lights my room
& keeps me company when i can?t sleep
never makes a peep if i should stray
that little star just beams & sighs
starts to twinkling tears in her eye
and that is how i know that she will stay
my little star it?s no surprise
that i will follow you across the skies
i could never stray for long
my little star, keep holding on
stay, i will never wander away
