Song Description

This is a song I wrote to help forward the message about the millions of valuable dead trees (from beetle kill and past forest fires) going to waste in our National Forests due to unsound Federal (non-management) laws. These trees are only viable for a short time and ultimately become ... fuel for the next devastating super heated forest fire that will sterilize the ground (preventing regrowth) and kill precious species in its wake. Particularly, we need to change the laws and promote the proper management of our forests by removing the overgrowth and beetle killed trees with modern/ environmentally friendly logging methods which in turn helps to stimulate healthy regrowth and eliminate a major source of CO2 emissions. A win-win situation!
