Fueled by real-life experiences, Shy Tree's lyrics are refreshingly authentic, while still remaining positive. "Our songs are our own way of making sense out of the happenings of life", Alison says, "and life is not easy".

Shy Tree's goals as a band are simple: To make a positive dent in today's music industry (by pushing the envelope musically) and to connect to as many people as possible (through excellent music and real lyrics). They work very hard each day, most of the time hours on end, to see Shy Tree's goals reached.
