sergius gregory grew up in a musical family in pennsylvania in the 1990s. he composed his first full-length music project, 'sounds like people', in a specially constructed space in a train tunnel under the upper west side of manhattan. after graduate studies he sought inspiration for new material on various islands in alaska, and from a rented coffee shack in the hills above kailua-kona on the big island of hawaii. he has a growing fan base on and off-line. his songs have won numerous awards on various music sites such as garageband.com, where his songs continually top the indie rock charts.
