Proper Addiction is a mainstream hard rock band that formed towards the end of 2013 consisting of 4 members Jeff-Vocals, Shane-Guitar/Vocals, Milan-Bass, Joe-Drums. While 2 of the guys live in VA & the other 2 in WV this makes practicing as a band on a regular basis not an easy thing, the use of the internet makes things happen far as song righting progress. Proper Addiction has 2 practice locations with the 1 in VA being a place for practice & righting, with the other in WV where all the recording & show rehearsal's happen. At the moment righting & recording is the main priority with show bookings being next, which all of the guys are familiar with & have all the equipment to do it. The music is a mix of rock, hard rock, & metal with each song sounding different than the other trying not to be labeled as a one genre type of band, each song falls under a different genre, while some have a mixture of different genre's.

Proper Addiction have recently started working on new material for an EP to be released
sometime in 2014. The band has also picked up new drummer Joey Turner of VA which complete's the band's line up. Updates will be posted as progress is made.
