Michael's Bio

I started playing the piano when I was 5. In junior high I was an av geek, I was the producer for school TV content and won an award for creating a documentary. In my early teens I picked up the electric bass and played in several bands in several local clubs in NY and in South Florida. My friends tell me I was in a jam session around that time in Hollywood, FL with Johnny Depp, but I have no recollection of that. Eventually I got myself into College as a music major, playing country and Hawaiian gigs to support my schooling, and playing in the president's jazz ensemble and big band for vip's and concerts. I went on the road playing up and down the eastern/central united states. When I returned from the road I joined a hard rock band and played with them for about a year. I got married, had a son and over the last ten years I've been recording, writing, and producing other artists.
