My son Jordan was treated with compassion, care, and given a new chance to live at the Children's Hospital in NC in 2002. He is now thirteen and just got the ok to play school football in Houston, TX where he now lives with his dad. His dream was to play football after watching games from his hospital bed. This entire charity album is motivated by the fact that children and their parents can use something to connect with while they are going through such a difficult time. To know there is hope...a cure that will allow them to lead a normal and healthy life. Jordan very much wants to visit the kids and provide some encouragement, hope, and of course hand out my CD as a gift to each and every one who wants a copy. Even though we are faced with hard economic times, people need to know about the good work that the health care teams and researchers at UNC Chapel Hill are doing every day to improve outcomes.
