I'm a music publisher and producer, with a new company, Kirk Duncan Music. I'm also a keyboard player, songwriter and author. I co-wrote a young peoples Sci-Fi book called 'Albatross', with Rico Gusman. I started serious songwriting in 1967 with Nicky James and Graham Nash and we found Reg Dwight and Bernie Taupin for our proposed company, Niraki Music. I also recorded with The Spencer Davis Group, the 'Bluejays' album with John & Justin of The Moody Blues and 'Headroom' with Allan Clarke of The Hollies. I then helped Elkie Brookes get her solo career going and went on the road for 18 months with her, as well as working with Joe Brown over a nine year period. From '66 to '79, I worked with a large number of bands in the studio. In the late 60's, I had songs recorded by The Walker Brothers, The Tremeloes, Spencer Davis and others and wrote the theme for TV show Magpie. For health reasons, I dropped out of the music scene for most of the 80's and 90's, hence my starting all over again.

I'm currently working online on my album 'Other Worlds', with my nephew, Mark, who lives in Madrid, . Although the songs were written some time ago, Mark feels that the album is relevant and worthy of release. We'll use the work that we're doing in Cubase, to take into the studio, to do the main work on the album.
I'm also starting to write the music for my next project, which is a multi-media project and which I hope will go on exhibition in a venue in London, early next year.
