Juventura -4P Leadership- was a youth leadership program founded by Héctor Ricardo Alvarez in Madison, WI / USA (2006). The program taught the young how to go through life with a renovated spirit as Latin-American youngsters living in the United States. Juventura used art as a mean to develop positive youth leadership. The production of the album "Latinos Unidos" was one of the projects developed by Juventura in the year 2008. Juventura's young artists performed in several community art events such as Taste of Madison, Viva Mexico Fest, some Church and School performances and during a big fundraising event held at Majestic Theatre to support the victims of the Hurricane in the Caribbean. The young artists were interviewed in La Movida Radio Station and in "Conexión" Latina T.V. Show (Channel 4) Latinos Unidos can currently be heard in some local radio stations.
