Joyce Delaney a.k.a. JOY is a native of St.Louis, Missouri (USA), and founder of the community outreach program "Unity In The Community"(UITC), which has supplied the underprivileged community in St.Louis and East St.Louis IL. with clothes, food, pampers and school supplies for the last 16 years.
Through the annual "Back To School Giveaway", The Community Christmas Giveaway", and the
"Positive Images W/ Positive Messages Program", (which is a motivational role model program for inner city youth), JOY manage to keep the Community Free Store open on a daily basic.
JOY has expanded her out reach efforts with THE INTERNATIONAL FELLOWSHIP OF CHRISTIAN BUSINESSMEN with concerts and ministry in the country of Jamaica. JOY recently return from Cannes France for the Midem Convention and was well recieved. This is JOY second CD and she wrote all the lyric and the producers were work made for hire.
