I am a songwriter and I compose the melodies while my partner Ricki E. Bellos writes our lyrics. We write some contemporary folk, some Americana and modern country. We have been together now a little over two years and the relationship to date has been very rewarding. We're working towards getting cuts and more film placements. We have placed several songs in a documentary about homeless vets in LA called Duty, Honor, Country: Betrayal, an Indie film and a recently aired program on Wisconsin Public TV about teen suicide.

In 2013, we had additional songs elected for two different documentaries that are currently in the editing process and aired in 2014.

Our interest is to continue to get TV/film placements.

We had four songs picked up by a Texas publisher and another song selected through broadjam in December 2013.

In 2014 we had songs that appeared in an LA documentary entitled Duty, Honor, Country: Betrayal. We had songs placed in a suicide documentary as well.

Jim had one of his songs picked up for a short film called Taneycomo in 2016 and he has other songs currently under consideration.
