I'm a songwriter just trying to get my foot in the proverbial music business door, along with my co-writer/collaborator/sound engineer/drummer Byron Binns.
So far I have had one song published thru ASCAP and Crucial Music, Inc. The song was played on a CBS summer replacement show last year (2008) called "Swingtown".
So, I am now a professional songwriter. This has been a goal of mine for many years, that has finally become a reality. This is just a beginning. I have many other songs to hopefully publish. my ultimate goal is to have a song recorded by an accomplished artist(s).
Together, along with some very talented musicians in his band, Midlife Vices, we have created about 15 songs total, and 3 great songs that can be heard on Broadjam.
I am associated with Taxi, Inc. and hopefully , thru them and Broadjam.com, we will get this music thing dialed in, and continue to get songs published.
