Frank, had a listen to your songs, very nice. Is F.S.T.S published? I would have thought the Reba Macs of this world would take that one! - Darci's theme nice too, what keyboards did you use for that/ - all the best to you Earl
Thank you, Earl. "Finally Sleeps..." is one I'm trying to sell. I haven't had any bites on it yet. I'm just now seriously pursuing it. Broadjam is the first place I have posted it. I used a Roland RD500 on Darci's theme. Most of the sounds are Vienna Strings and Logic.
Earl, one more thing. Are you singing and/or playing piano on your music?
Frank, I do everything on my projects, vocals, guitar, bass, keyboards etc, unless I use a female vocalist. I have just finished my new studio so things will be easier now Earl
Very cool. I'm finishing up a new project studio. I've played around with small studio stuff in the past, but I've gotten pretty serious about it lately. Saves money, and I have final say in all production matters.
Frank, another more than kind review, thanks, I keep meaning to re record 'Lucky Gut' with just piano and my brother on sax, I'll take a listen to some of your music, best Earl
Thanks Earl, great job. I would appreciate any feedback you wish to give on my material. "Finally Sleeps the Soldier" is a finished piece. The New Age stuff has been some recent experimenting with different virtual instruments, etc. I generally prefer to record real musicians.
Frank, thanks so much for your great review of You Don't Know. We're really glad you liked the song. It's nice to get reviews from someone who has spent a little time evaluating what they are listening too. It's difficult to judge others art because by nature art can never be wrong, but you did a marvelous job and your comments are well taken. All the best, Ron
Thanks Ron. You are absolutely right that it is difficult to judge other's art. I appreciate your comments. We are supposed to be building each other up, even with our constructive criticisms. Sometimes we, as artists, forget that we are all in this together. Congratulations on a great work and best of luck with your music. Frank
