Hi Riq, A big thank you on your review of benandonner, it's uch appreciated buddy! Thank You!
Hey Riq, Thanks for the stars on See You On The Other Side, much appreciated! George
Anytime. It's great like all your stuff. ;) Riq
Riq, Thanks for the review of "Same Old". I'm just now exploring the sync world...new to me. Listened to a few of your tunes, good stuff. Bill
Thx for generous review of Facebook Addict. Glad you liked it.
Many thanks for the reviews. Really really appreciated. All the best. Ricardo
Another Nice One Ricardo!! You Go Boy!! Looking to see this one in a movie? Have you done any so far or is this old hat for you?
Mixed. reply. Yes its old, no, no one looks interested.
Hi Riq - Your music is really good. 'Dark Days' especially, has great sync potential IMHO. I'm pursuing sync placements as well, and have a few songs in libraries now. 'Dark Days' has that one-emotion, no specific story and details construction that the sync industry is looking for. Really nice work. Great vibe. Good for a dramatic series. Thanks for the favorable review of 'I Can See The Day'. I've got it in my revolving Crucial queue and we'll see what happens...(you know about that, yes? If not, send me a note at pboynton@madriver.com and I'll explain). Write on! - Peter
Thank you for the positive feedback. I'm really just getting my feet wet in this scene. I'll email you. Riq
I'll look for it.
Hey Riq, This a great song wow! Love the sentiment and the vocal is outstanding! If you've got more you have to post them! George
Thank you for the kind words. I have a bunch more in different genres. Still finding my way with this sync world stuff.
Lots of competition in the sync world. I think your material will do well. Took awhile for me to even get something considered and selected for an op.
Hey Riq, Looks like you reviewed another one of my tunes and again I really appreciated the very kind review. George's
I can tell when your stuff comes up because the quality is so high. You have some great tracks. I'm jealous. I have some rock songs in a similar vein but only the simple acoustic ballad posted so far. I'd be interested in what you think of my rock stuff when I post some. You're obviously well schooled in the field. Take care. Riq
I'd love to hear your rock stuff! Looking forward to it! Best, George
Thanks for reviewing my sports rock tune, the instrumental version of Tonight's The Night - I notice you're Canadian and this song actually appears on Ontario-based DJ Emidio Vaz's compilation CD, "Emidio's Rock Den Vol. 1."
Hi Riq - Very pretty song. I own an old farm and we've hosted weddings here for over 20 years (www.theskinnerbarn.com). i could totally see this as a first dance song for one of our couples. Really nicely done. Two thoughts: I'd stick with your last version of the chorus all the way through, ('end' instead of 'defense' seems to land better for me). And maybe start the song with the 2nd verse? It's stronger, and gets right to the heart of your story. Falling back to the background story of the current 1st verse after you've set the scene might be cool. Thanks for the review of 'You And I'. That song lives in a few music libraries with different genre arrangements for each. Your song could easily go that route as well.
Thanks for the feedback and pointers.
Thanks for the great review of The Spell That Comes After, much appreciated!!
You're welcome. Best of luck with the song.
Right from the Jump I heard hints of Don Henley, the harmonies are excellent and placed well. Great Track.
Thank you for positive the feedback.
