sounds good man ... I tend to agree with Tanya .. the lower vocal seems to low for you, is it possible to speak it? did you ever hear Donovan's 'Atlantis'? I was going to suggest a higher key but when the 2nd section kicked in I could see the contrast working. This is an epic tune = good job!

Shimnecon is a Native American word for Apple Orchard (or Ox Bow (the jury's still out)) Chippewa tribe Chief Okemos in the mid 1800's used to camp at this spot and called it his summer home. We I was a kid we would hang out there and have keggers. The chief is buried there and they say he still wanders the area. Thanks for the comments! Cheers! pt
