I understand certain things are beyond Broad Jam's control, or your control per se. However even though I've had great success w/Broad Jam so far and I trust the system, I feel some of us got burned on a submission recently. Submitted several songs for a film posting, including stuff I've already placed in shows like NCIS L.A., and in major films like The Blind Side. The offering party didn't even LISTEN to submissions. WTF is up w/that? So I basically threw away a bunch of money and they just decided "Eff Broad Jam artists"? Seems a little dirty.....just throwin' that out there. -Thanks for the site, I love it.
Mighty, We have recently launched a new system for our supervisors and they are learning it as well. In this case, the wrong message was selected from the drop down and he didn't catch the mistake. The system is set-up so that once he logged into review, he would have seen the mistake and corrected it. To expedite matters, we called him today and is reviewing as I write this. To update: No one has been listened to or selected at this point in the opportunity you are referring to and the the submissions are still under review....I think our licensing manager has spoken with you and I appreciate you bringing this to my attention......Regards, Roy
