wow, 3 days out of Texas, My favorite song I've heard here on Broadjam so far, just love it, so good, lots of great music here. So much talent in this world it kinda blows my mind.
THANK YOU FOR THE KIND WORDS BARRY, Sorry to be late on getting back to you , we've been traveling. PEACE AND LOVE
Speechless, Very Nice work
Hi ! Thank you very much for taking the time to listen and rate my new song "The Time Of Awoken Dreams" ! I really appreciate your continuous support. All the best!
Very nifty stuff , Ionut ! Enjoyed all immensely. GD
Thank you very much!
Just spotted you in the country traditional chart and with such a similar name, had to listen. Alan
Thank you Mr Gillis better known as Alan. Always happy to from another Gillis.
Up to now, the only American Gillis I was aware of was Uncle Lester, better known as Babyface Nelson! Alan
Please direct me to some of your music, I'd like to give it a listen. We have a sight with some Beatle influence music plus some more country. check it out. gilliesdaddy.com What part of the country are you in?
Hi, I was joking about the Uncle bit. I'm in the far North of England (nice and cold) here! If you're asking me for recommendations, then I have to say that I'm the worst judge of my own songs. Two of the most successful as far as Broadjam is concerned are 'Photographs, Mem'ries and Ruby Red Wine' and 'Perpetual E-motion'. If you want Beatles influence, then take a listen to 'Heaven' and 'Traffic Jam Blues'. Just one click on my face and you're there - hope you like something. Alan
You can't beat your influences, Floyd & Weather Report. Like your style. We're all an amalgam of the many things we've listened to in our lives. You've been listening to some good stuff & created your own style along the way. That's the goal, congrats>
Thanks so much for the kind words and inspiration.
Really well done 3 days out of Texas....sounds like Merle singing... and the feel of Bob Wills I think it should be a hit on country radio....Why not?
Thanks for your kind words.
I enjoyed your submission to the George Strait offer, entitled 3 Days to Texas". Very nice.
Thanks Oluon, We've got another one that might be nice for George, It's slower, great arrangement Great Hook "Margarita's Eyes" Warm regards John Gillies
