Hey Bludl9ne,
Frankly, your sound already has a strong identity, which is rare.
But what usually holds artists back at that point isn't the music, it's how everything around it is positioned; branding, PR narrative, and how it's introduced to the right spaces (film, licensing, etc.).

I work with creatives on that side, making sure the music actually opens doors, not just streams.
Have you started exploring that yet?

I appreciate that, Bludl9ne.

Listening to your work, I can already see a few directions where your sound could start opening doors beyond streaming; especially in licensing and curated placements, where it can begin generating more consistent income, visibility, and the kind of recognition your sound deserves.

I've put something together around this, and I'd love to walk you through it so you can see how it applies directly to your music.
If you've got 5 minutes or less sometime this week, I can walk you through it; nothing heavy, and no commitment at this stage. Just something you can use immediately moving forward.

You can reach me here: omediahub.incl@gmail.com
Kindly let me know your availability, and I'll align a quick time to walk you through it.

Wow! I checked out your music and you've got solid potential for sync licensing.
One thing I've noticed working with artists is that even great tracks often get overlooked due to small but critical things like metadata, structure, or licensing readiness.
Do you currently prepare your releases with sync opportunities in mind, or are you mainly focused on streaming and promotion?

Hello Steven B, thank you for inquiring about our music. I would welcome any advice or direction that you have to help us on the pathway to successful sync deals. We have had at least 4 opportunities with considerations, yet no winners. We know the potential of our music but it seems no matter how good we think our music is, it's never good enough. Marching forward on both pathways, releasing "The Door" 3/27. This song has had at least 3 considerations. Thank you again for reaching out.

Hey, I really appreciate you sharing that, and honestly, being that close multiple times already says a lot about the quality of what you're putting out.
A lot of artists never even get into consideration, so the fact that you've had 4+ placements in the running (and even multiple looks on "The Door") tells me you're already operating in the right space.
From what I've seen working with artists in similar situations, when the music is strong but it's not converting into actual placements, it's usually not about the song itself anymore, it's something a bit more behind the scenes that ends up making the difference in final decisions.
I wouldn't want to throw random advice your way without really looking at how you're presenting and positioning your catalog for those opportunities, especially since you're already getting traction.
If you're open to it, I can take a closer look at what you've got and show you exactly where those near-misses might be happening, and what could be tightened up before your next round of submissions, especially with "The Door" about to drop.
Either way, you're definitely closer than you think.

Question, are you an independent music advisor or are you on staff with Broadjam?

I appreciate that, and I'm glad you're open to it, especially where you're at right now, this is exactly the stage where small adjustments can start making a real difference.
The way I typically approach this is by doing a focused catalog and sync readiness review first. That gives me a clear picture of how your music is currently being presented, where those near-misses might be happening, and what's likely holding things back from converting into actual placements.
From there, I'm able to map out what needs to be tightened up before your next round of submissions especially with "The Door" coming out, timing-wise this is actually a really good window to get things aligned.
There's a one-time fee for that review, since it's a pretty in-depth breakdown rather than surface-level feedback but it gives you a clear direction you can immediately act on.
If that sounds good to you, I can send over the details and next steps so we can get started.

Let's see what that looks like.

Absolutely... based on where you're currently at (already receiving sync considerations and preparing new releases like "The Door"), I put together a structured approach that fits your level and goals.

Here's how I'd recommend we move forward:

Phase 1: Sync Readiness & Catalog Review
This is where I take a close look at your current catalog, recent submissions, metadata, and overall sync positioning to identify what may be causing those near misses.

What's Included:
Catalog & release evaluation
Metadata & licensing readiness check
Structure & sync placement suitability
Submission positioning review
Written action roadmap

One-Time Fee: $149

Phase 2: Catalog Optimization & Positioning
Once we identify the gaps, this phase focuses on tightening up your catalog so it's better aligned with sync opportunities moving forward.

What's Included:
Catalog optimization guidance
Sync friendly positioning adjustments
Release strategy suggestions
Opportunity alignment setup

Fee: $249

Phase 3: Sync Growth & Long-Term Strategy
This is where we focus on building momentum and improving your chances for consistent sync opportunities over time.

What's Included:
Sync growth strategy
Submission direction guidance
Catalog expansion planning
Long term monetization approach

Fee: $349

Since you're already getting considerations, I'd recommend starting with Phase 1, then we can move step by step depending on what we uncover.
That way you're not overcommitting, and we focus on what will make the biggest impact first.

Let me know which phase feels right for you, and I'll send over the next step so we can get started.

I completely understand, and I appreciate you taking the time to look everything over.

The only reason I'd suggest not waiting too long is because you mentioned you've already had multiple considerations, and that usually means you're very close. In many cases, it's just a few small adjustments that end up making the difference between being considered and actually landing the placement.
With "The Door" already gaining traction and your catalog actively being considered, this is actually one of the better windows to tighten things up before the next round of opportunities comes in.
Either way, no pressure at all, I just didn't want you to potentially miss momentum when you're already this close.

If you'd like, we can start with Phase 1 and take it one step at a time, that way you're not committing to everything upfront, just focusing on what could make the biggest impact right now.

Would you like me to reserve a review slot for you this week?

SIRE's debut single 'The Door" marks the beginning of a forthcoming album, SIRE. Written, arranged, and produced with meticulous care by creative architect Louis Hohl III (Protaje'), the music is brought fully to life through SIRE's expressive performance. The song blends soulful melodies, cinematic textures, and heartfelt lyricism into a sound that feels both intimate and expansive
