After a much heralded EP singer songwriter Billy Redfield has just released his first studio album entitled "Two Steps Closer." In 2005 Entertainment DC ranked "Made You Smile" as a top five local EP release, and Billy was a featured artist on the commerical radio station Z104, Washington’s modern music. With a nation wide college radio campaign kicking off May 9th and a commercial radio campaign soon to follow “Two Steps Closer” is getting the attention it deserves. Produced by Chris Keup (Jason Mraz, Josh Kelly, Jonathan Rice) and producer/engineer Stewart Myers (Lifehouse, Rachel Yamagata, Liz Phair) “Two Steps Closer” is comprised of eleven catchy original songs. Already planning to tour to promote the album you can expect to catch a live show in the coming months.
