Having sung in a few choirs and groups coupled with a strong music background, my greatest strength and focus is songwriting/vocal arrangement! The songs featured on this page are to promote that area primarily. All voices that you hear are mine and the music that you hear was also composed and arranged by me. Enjoy! I would love your feedback! Thanks...God Bless!

Born in Detroit, Mi in 1977, Rogjett took to music like fish take to water. Not clear about what her musical strengths were, she found herself immersed in piano recitals around the age of 5 (when her parents recognized the gift), which continued throughout her teen years. Not comfortable with her own voice, she learned of her writing gift early on as teachers would continue to make positive references to her creative style. This coupled with having played the trumpet for nine years, composing and creating songs in her spare time with Robert W. Parker (Jazz Trumpter) and Tracy Blizman (M.M.) while still in high school, she began to gain more strength as an overall musician. Rogjett's ear developed majorly as a student at Romulus High School through the Jazz Band under the direction of Henry James and as an undergraduate of the Unversity of Michigan while serving with the Gospel Chorale. During this time, she was exposed to production a bit, while still composing, as well as studio time and a few live performances with original material. At this time Rogjett's voice began to develop as well. Long gone were the days of standing in the mirror throughout middle/high school rehearsing her Grammy acceptance speech and using pencils to tap out drum beats on the empty Christmas cookie tins...she was finally walking into her dreams. Rogjett's love, passion and gift for music would eventually land her in the Perfected Praise Choir of Perfecting Church, under the Pastorship of Marvin L. Winans. There, her ear and music discipline developed tremendously! Seven years later, she would be embarking upon her true destiny. California was calling Rogjett and she answered in 2006 to go to school for Music at the Musician's Institute. While in California, she decided to wait a bit before starting and in her wait, she was finally introduced to her greatest inspiration in Kayla Parker-Tolbert (also a Detroit native). They had attended the same church years before, but never formally met because of the timing. The time spent with her as well as Apostles Dennis and Dorothy Evans, Bobby Chalk, Andre Crouch, David Lawrence, Desmond Pringle and Candace Lacy, as well as a host of other amazing gifts, proved to be a moment in destiny for Rogjett! Currently embarking upon her first project as an artist/producer/writer, she is grateful to God for all that He has done and often reflects upon all of the moments spent in the mirror practicing her speech and the dented up cookie tins. She has also taken on the name Authenticity, because in all that she does she is known to be "not false, uncopied, genuine & real!" Introducing...Authenticity!
