Born in Damascus, Maryland USA, Brian DePristo's (aka Dj Clark Kent) talent and art form were inspired in his teen years by Techno, Rap, and Rock while studying The Modern Arts. Regular performances in Washington, DC's top electronic night spots molded the artist in the 90's under his former stage name Dartainian ('95-'00). At the turn of the century he forged his DJ career on the club scene winning highly respected competitions and gained international recognition. Currently DePristo has expanded his art to original musical production and is featured on multiple compilations. Whether he is appearing with his band DARK MATTER, performing Live PAs, or thrilling the audience with a DJ Set, Brian DePristo aka Dj Clark Kent, enlightens his listeners with a fusion of progressive cross genre melodies that are guaranteed to relax the mind, stimulate the soul, and elevate your body to a whole new horizon.
