Love your music. I have had this little refrain/half verse, idea for a song for over 20 years and if I wrote it the way I wanted to it would be an 2 hour song. I have come so close to this line/verse that I just can't do it justice or do it right. I know the right person/people who see what I see will know this has massive appeal anyone and everyone. Tell me what you think? "If I had a wish, I'd wish for in this world, a loving Mom and Daddy to every boy and girl" I had the idea of them meeting when they are young and one first things he ever says to her is "If you had a wish just one wish for this world..." She stopped him and took his hand and said these words to him." "If I had a wish I'd for in this world, a loving Mom and Daddy for every boy and girl."
Something like that. I am nearly 67 and more than just a little disabled. I've nearly died 2 times and have been living with chronic, incurable illnesses for 30yrs now. I posted a song called "Weak Scared Insecure He's a Lying Hypocrite" And my new song "Back Stabbing Fat-Head Narcissistic Clown" is being recorded and will be posted soon I hope but can be heard on You Tube. If you listen to my songs and like anything, feel free to do anything you want to em. Experiment have fun with em. I am very ill and just too weak anymore to find a representative to promote my songs. I know there are some good songs, it's how my wife and became friends with Doc & Rosa Lee Watson, Vasser Clemens and The Kingston Trio.

Do you mean this: a song made five of Broadjam's top 10 charts.
On another note, I got selected for another Broadjam pitch but I'm not sure I'm comfortable with the contract... I don't suppose you know any entertainment lawyers please?

I missed that announcement-you were on top ten list? Hey that good! Aw sorry-no i don't no any lawyers - maybe Burt would know-or know some of the laws? Ask him at the meeting, in a private chat. What did the contract say? (i was offered a contract from here that didn't pay any % for licensing-i told him NO.)

Hi Karel,
Thanks for the kind review and comments for "Carolina Moon". Country is not my normal genre, I'm a Jazz Guy, but my wife is most definitely a country fan, so, once in a while I'll pen something in that style. This tune went to a plugger in Nashville but so far no takers...
