An italian born virtuoso multi-instrumentalist, ethno-musicologist, composer, arranger and producer in several musical fields including medieval, mediterranean, oriental, world, ethno-electro and improvised music.
He has been the leader or a member of several music and theatre ensembles and performed extensively in Europe, in the USA, in the middle East, in Africa and Asia.
He has composed for the theatre and the ballet, as well as for shadow-plays, films and fashion shows.
As a composer or as session musician he has recorded more than 30 CD's and has appeared in many radio and television broadcastings.
He lives in Ubud, Bali since 2006 and he is currently working in his home-studio on personal projects that combine the sample computer based electronic music production with the acoustic sound of ethnic instruments of the oriental world.
