Roy Bernstine AKA Alln1 is a Song Writer Producer, Poet and Performer hence the name Alln1 all though he hasnt done much performing as of late he still writes and produces as much as possible born Roy H. Bernstine. Jr in Natchitoches Louisiana raised on Bayou Jacko and all so Houston ,Tx his Influences were Al Green, Marvin Gaye, George Clinton, Hall and Oats, Isley Brothers, Johny Taylor,Run DMC,Thelonious Monk the Church Choir and some Latiin and Carribiean influences early on it was what his Parents listened to and sang that shaped him, as he grew so did his musical taste, his style could be considered a colauge of R&B, Hip Hop,Jazz and Blues with some Latin and Carribiean elements in some songs that he produces, he says he attempts to do honest music that speaks to a common thread in all of us writing about typical things in a unique and creative way that only he can do, he says his hooks will pull you right in, he has Performed at Conventions South by South West, Jack The Rapper and B.R.E and every where in between from night clubs to colleges like the University of Houston he also spoke at Uof H after his 1st performance there a Prof asked him to come and speak to Her students he say's that was the first time he recieved a check just to talk to people it was'nt much but it made him proud to have done so, he has also done a song with Flava Flav called Swish produced and written on several records mostly independent he produced the track called I Am a Dreamer for the play Progress or Peace during a stint in L.A. and as an Artist he has worked with a multitude of producers he now lives in Houston,Tx with his Fiance and Son, Still Writing, Still Producing Still loving it, and Still seeking new Ventures Peace
