Joe Linstrum

I've been playing guitar and writing songs for longer than I care to admit. I started off back in Ohio with my buddy Jeff, whom I still collaborate with, then later I partnered with Americana artist Chris Castle. Chris and I wrote for a publishing company in Nashville before I went on a 20 year song-writing hiatus that I've only recently come back to.

My favorite genre for sync is vintage pop, followed by folk. I draw inspiration from Nick Drake, Elliott Smith, Jackson Browne, the Zombies, along with a splash of Father John Misty and a dash of Fleet Foxes.

Hi Joe Linstrum,
I have been listening to your music on Broadjam, and I genuinely enjoyed the depth and authenticity in your sound. There's a cinematic quality to your work that feels natural, immersive, and well-suited for opportunities beyond traditional streaming.

I work closely with independent artists to help position their music for real industry opportunities. This includes refining their overall presentation, branding, metadata, profile structure, and catalog organization, so their music not only sounds great, but also looks professional and aligns with what music supervisors, curators, and other decision makers expect demand.

I'm curious, are you currently focusing more on sync/licensing opportunities, or is your main goal growing your streaming audience?

If you are open to it, I do be glad to have a brief, no pressure conversation about your goals and see if there's a practical way I can support your direction.

Either way, keep creating, your sound truly has a distinctive quality and strong potential.

Best regards,
Peter Brad

I don't have a song by that title. As a matter of fact none of my songs are public facing suit you wouldn't have heard anything I've done.
