Bio
Nolan Neal has performed professionally since he was 18 years old. Steve Dorff noticed Nolan playing guitar on the streets of Nashville in the summer of 2000. What Steve Dorff found out is that Nolan writes, sings, produces and plays all the instruments on his recordings. Steve was able to get Nolan a demo deal with Hollywood records where he worked with Rob Cavallo. From 2003 to 2006 Nolan moved to Jacksonville Florida to write with friends of his from the bands Shinedown, Cold, and Saliva. The songs were sent to Evan Lamberg, Senior VP EMI New York, and Nolan was given a publishing deal from EMI. A week afterwards Jason Flom offered Nolan a Virgin record deal. He recorded his first major label album with Steve Thompson in 2006 and Virgin shelved the project.
Nolan has recently been released from his Virgin and EMI contracts. He is currently in upstate New York and Nashville writing and recording amazing new songs.
