Bob Hoot is a singer/songwriter living in the Ann Arbor, MI area. Hoot moved from Madison WI in January 2024. Hoot has recorded 10 albums of his original material with his Wisconsin bands: HOOT and Hollers (Est. 2020), Tent Show Troubadours (2016-2023), and The New Baldness (2012-2015). Mid-February 2024, Hoot released a solo album titled Bob Hoot & Friends • Genuine American Music. Hoot is now booking solo shows in the Ann Arbor and Detroit areas (and reunion shows with HOOT and Hollers in Wisconsin). All ongoing record projects will be under the HOOT and Hollers moniker with musicians from Wisconsin, Michigan, Nashville, and California.
HOOT and Hollers has released two albums of original songs: Matters of the Heart and Other Trouble (2020), and 100% Smooth & Blended (2023). In 2021, Tent Show Troubadours/HOOT and Hollers released an album of covers aptly titled Cover Letters.

All protocols were followed then, as they were later when vocals were recorded at Blast House Studios with Landon Arkens.
